SquadraCAD (pre-alpha) is early software. These are the questions we get most; for anything else, write to us.
The app does not load or stays blank
Use Chrome on a computer. The first visit downloads about 8 MB; on a slow connection give it a minute. Some ad blockers and strict privacy extensions block the files the app needs: allow app.squadracad.com and reload.
I cannot sign in
Sign-up is by invitation during the pre-alpha. If you have an account and forgot the password, use the reset link on the sign-in screen and check the spam folder for the email.
An operation shows an error
The history keeps going: the operation in error stays marked until something before it changes. Edit it, or the step it depends on. If you think it should work, send us the document link.
I used my five exports
The free plan has five exports in total and they do not reset. Pro has no limit. Exporting the same part in several formats counts as one.
Something broke
Write to [email protected] with the link of the document (the address with ?doc=) and what you did. We read everything.
