1Who we are and what this covers

These terms govern the use of SquadraCAD (pre-alpha), the web application at app.squadracad.com and this website, operated by SquadraCAD (“we”), reachable at [email protected]. By creating an account you accept them.

2The service is in pre-alpha

SquadraCAD (pre-alpha) is early software. Features may change or be removed, errors can occur and the service may be interrupted. We provide it as is, without warranties beyond those the law requires, and we work to keep your documents safe and exportable.

3Your account

You need a valid email address and you are responsible for your password. One person per account. We may suspend accounts used for abuse, illegal content or attacks on the service.

4Your content

Your designs are yours. We store them to provide the service and claim no rights over them. You can export them at any time in the formats the app offers. You must not upload content you have no right to use.

5Plans, prices and refunds

The free plan has the limits published on the pricing page and does not expire. After twelve months without signing in we ask you to reactivate the account; your documents are kept.

Paid plans are billed by our payment partner, which acts as merchant of record and issues the invoice. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and run until the end of the paid period. Consumers in the European Union may withdraw within fourteen days of purchase; the Founder plan extends this to fifteen days.

If we ever closed the service we would give months of notice, a full export and a pro-rata refund of prepaid periods.

6Closing an account

You can close your account from the app or by writing to us. Pro and Founder accounts can download all their documents once before closing. Closed accounts are deleted after thirty days.

7Open-source components

The app loads OpenCascade and planegcs under the GNU Lesser General Public License. You may modify these components and reverse engineer what is needed to debug such modifications. The source, the build scripts and our source offer are on the licenses page.

8Changes and applicable law

We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email or in the app before they apply. Spanish law applies, without prejudice to the mandatory protections of your country of residence.
