No. SquadraCAD (pre-alpha) runs in Chrome on a computer; it downloads about 8 MB once and starts from the cache after that. Edge, Firefox and Safari are being tested.

Geometry is computed on your own machine. The document itself is saved on our server with every change, so nothing is lost. You can export STL and 3MF at any time.

That it is early. Today SquadraCAD makes single parts; there are no drawings or assemblies yet, and things change often. The changelog and the roadmap are public, so you can see what moves.
