1Controller
SquadraCAD, [email protected], is the controller of the personal data processed through SquadraCAD (pre-alpha) and this website.
2What we collect
Account data: email, name, a hash of your password and, if you sign in with Google, the identifier of that account. Content: the documents and projects you create. Technical data: IP address, browser and request logs kept by our hosting and by Cloudflare for security. Billing: handled by our payment partner; we receive the plan, the dates and an invoice reference, never card numbers.
3Why, and on what basis
To provide the service and your account (contract); to send verification, password and service emails (contract); to keep the service secure and prevent abuse (legitimate interest); to meet tax and accounting duties (legal obligation). We do not profile you and we do not sell data.
4Who processes data for us
Cloudflare (DNS, proxy and email routing), IONOS (hosting in the European Union), Mailjet (outgoing email), Paddle (payments and invoicing) and Google (sign-in, only if you use it). Each acts under a data processing agreement.
5How long we keep it
Account and documents: while the account exists. After twelve months without signing in we ask you to reactivate; nothing is deleted. Closed accounts: thirty days, then deleted. Logs: up to ninety days. Invoices: as long as tax law requires.
6Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, by writing to [email protected]. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
